lifes THE deadliar situations balance in a point surface:
Sound foundations are everything. When someone has their feet firmly on the ground, it usually denotes that they have a sensible and practical attitude toward life and can put unrealistic ideas to one side. The big ball shown here denotes the base of living life and the square plate represents the critical self-analysis required to produce an objective, cool response to the hundreds of life situations faced by people day to day, month to month and year to year. These situations are captured by the three balls that could spring off like satellites if there were no square plate of self-reflection! Spinning satellites are a recipe for chaos ,confusion and misery! A strong base or foundation from constant self-analysis and reflection means all challenging life decisions, big and small, easy or hard, can be overcome with nerve and resolution. You can lift your feet out of the mud and clay. You can set your feet upon a rock. And in doing so, others will often notice and model your behaviour in their own responses to everyday living with themselves and others. This thought is actually captured in one of the most beautiful poems in the world:- I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. From these deep roots and solid foundations, you have a strong platform. And from this platform you can throw out your own life enhancing pebbles across a shining lake so that the message of overcoming problems might reach others, swell together and create an irresistible floodtide of hope, faith and charity. A model for change!
